Don't worry, we got you covered
Our rental agreements are month-to-month. Rent is prorated beginning the day you rent a unit through the end of that month.
Each month thereafter, the rent is due on the 1st of the month. We understand that your plans and life in general can change quickly and believe that month-to-month agreements allow you the most flexibility.
Summit Park Covered Storage offers a wide variety of storage options for your household goods, RV, boat, or trailer.
Because of this, the best way to determine the unit size and type of storage that best fits your need, including current rent rates and monthly specials, is to contact our office and speak with Andie.
Insuring the goods you store with us is highly recommended. First, determine if your homeowners or renters insurance policy covers your possessions when stored outside of your primary residence.
If your items aren't covered, you may obtain separate coverage through any independent insurance company of your choice.
Monthly statements are not mailed out as a reminder to pay rent.
You may elect to set up online payments through your bank, or we can set up automatic payments with a debit or credit card at any time for convenient and paper-free payments.
Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday. We also realize it may be difficult for you to make arrangements to rent a unit during your work week, so for your convenience we are also available by appointment. Just give us a call!
You may access your stored items daily between the hours of 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM 365 days a year!
Your own personally-selected key pad code allows you to enter and exit the facility during the daily access hours of 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
